Useless Information Tidbit #9
Did you know there was such a thing as a narwhal? It is a whale with a horn. Erica said last night she had her sister sleep with her because at school they watched Elf and she got scared about narwhals (she's 12). Okay, where we're going to get one of these crazy things (which I didn't think was real) from I have no idea. But when she told me about it I said, Erica that's not a real thing, it's made up to be funny." "No Mom, it is real" and she showed me a video on Youtube. Yuck, it is scary and creepy. And that horn is actually a tooth that can be like 6 or 7 feet long! Sheesh.

Very interesting. Am so glad you're keeping us all informed. Didn't know they existed myself but will be on the lookout for them on my next trip to the Artic! Tell Erica, she's safe as long as she doesn't go in the water!
