Photo Tag....

Okay so I wasn't tagged, but I figured if I waited until someone tagged me I'd never get tagged. But then I ran across this great tag on a great blog....Mary and just pretended she tagged me. The only rule....you can't clean before taking the pictures.

Here goes.....

THE FRIDGE:


See all those beautiful vegetables....and I DO cook them! I've been going food shopping once a week for a while now and it has been great - fresh food and I use it and don't spend as much eating out and throwing stuff away.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM:

And this is after doing 3 loads yesterday and 3 loads today. It also doesn't count the stuff sitting on my bed that needs to be washed and the piles in the girls room. There are two baskets of clean stuff to put away and 2 baskets of clean stuff to be folded. I ask you, will it ever end? Not until we get to heaven!


WHAT ARE THE KIDS DOING RIGHT NOW?

Well the kiddos are in school, but here is a gratuitous shot of who is with me. Nemo my main buddy - my dog. Biscuit my sleepy cat and Buddy my daughter's kitten.




THE KITCHEN SINK:


Actually this isn't too bad. The big pot is CLEAN - just not put away. The honkin' big ice cream bucket was scoffed down by the familia last night. We are ice creamaholics in this house....bad, very bad. There are only about 4 cups in the sink which all got in there last night when I was working and since my sink is so deep you can hardly seem them. (wink, wink)

SELF-PORTRAIT:

Not horrible, considering I don't have any make-up on. I straightened my hair. Beauty #2 just got home and told me she doesn't "like the style." Okay, whatever, bite me. Anyway, the dark circles under my eyes are getting worse and worse as I get older. YUCK!

A CLOSET:
Well actually two closets. The closets of Beauty #1 and Beauty #2. Paying them each month doesn't seem to be doing the trick of them keeping their room as clean as I would like so I thought a tiny bit of embarrassment might work. Probably not but it's worth a try. And don't worry my children DO own clothes, they just don't actually put any clothes in the closet, other than those they throw on the floor because they don't want to hang them up or put them where they DO belong!




A BATHROOM:

This is the girl's bathroom. Nothing exciting but it's clean and it works.

MY FAVORITE SHOES:
Okay, so they're not shoes. I like to go barefoot the most. But when my feet are cold I like to put on slippers.


Since I can't go anywhere but at home barefoot I like to wear this slip-ons much to my daughter's chagrin! LOL

THE VIEW OUT THE WINDOW BY MY DESK
